Thank you for always using GeoSmile.

We have released the updated version 3.5.1 of the GeoSmile app for Android/iOS.

The update includes the following changes:

• We have modified the tutorial We've made it easier for you to get familiar with GeoSmile.

• [US only] Changed the unit of miles to "Gem" 💎💎

  We've resolved the issue of it being somewhat difficult to understand visually.

• Other minor bug fixes

Although it doesn't directly affect the use of the app, we have changed the advertising delivery system.

If you happen to notice any issues with ad display while using the app, please feel free to contact us.

GeoSmile is currently running the "Mega 10 Campaign".

We have promotions including mile rewards!

After investigation, we plan to start testing the fix next week.

Error in Gift Card Exchange

Dear Users,

Recently, we have observed an issue where users encounter a "Communication failed" error while attempting to exchange gift cards. In some cases, points are deducted without successfully receiving the gift card.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue. If you experience this error, please contact us through the inquiry form, and we will refund the deducted points.
